Vanilla Blueberry Vegan Cheesecake Bites
Okay guys, prepare to be blown away by yet another delicious competition diet vegan treat!
These mock-cheesecake bites are RIDICULOUSLY good and oh-so-healthy. 🙂
Made with Jacked on the Beanstalk Vegan Protein Powder  AND tofu, you’re getting quite the hefty dose of protein in every bite! Plus the oats provide a good sized serving of starchy complex carbs. Such a good competition diet treat. Perfect pre-workout snack too. You shan’t be disappointed, friends!
Vanilla Blueberry Vegan Cheesecake Bites
Ingredients:
2 scoops Jacked on the Beanstalk Vegan Protein Powder in Vanilla
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
1/3 hazelnuts
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup soft organic, non-GMO tofu
1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small food processor and roll into about 6 balls. Place in the freezer or fridge until they harden, and enjoy!
