Ottawa Bikini Competitor Posing & Vegan Coaching

Oh how I wish that I could offer all of my amazing clients in-person "Jacked on the Beanstalk" training and competition coaching services.  But alas, unless you're willing to fly all the way to Canada's lovely capital (Ottawa, Ontario,) you'll just have to continue onto the online vegan coaching path. :)

For all local vegans (and bikini competitors) in Ottawa and its surrounding areas, I do, however, offer the below in-person services:

Disclaimer: Although I DO only offer VEGAN meal plans and nutrition programs, I'm more than happy to train non-vegans in the gym and provide posing lessons to them as well.  But let it be known that I'll probably gently harass you to become vegan at one point or another. ;)
