Podcast #61: Love Your Kitchen! How to Create a Positive Cooking Atmosphere
Maybe you’ve heard that the kitchen is apparently THE most social room in the house. After all, it is where we cook and prepare meals for ourselves and our loved ones.
And whether you actually like to cook (like Sam) or don’t (like Sarah) we all spend a great deal of time in our kitchens.
Love it or hate it, it’s important to at least enjoy the space that you’re in.
Yes, on this episode of the podcast, we’re talking all about creating a kitchen that promotes healthy eating AND an atmosphere that inspires you to actually want to cook!
Okay, well maybe there’s no hope for Sarah in that department, but she can at least appreciate the importance of keeping your kitchen organized and clutter-free.
Sam has plenty of tips for inspiring healthy eating too including the addition of a counter top fruit bowl which then leads to a very weird and random discussion about which one of the “Wiggles” is most bang-worthy...
So, enjoy the episode and let us know which Wiggle you would bang!
